My family and I wish to thank everybody at Algoa Funeral Services for the professional and wonderful way in which we were prepared for, treated, informed and kept up to date as to the “sad and unknown process” which lay ahead of us.

From the first moment I met you and your staff, a few years ago, until we finally needed your services, only good memories have filled my mind. When you came to fetch mom’s body until the very last minute, you paid attention to the smallest of details. Your attitude changed a traumatic experience into a loving and joyful experience. An experience I shall never forget.

For the very best service provided by Algoa Funeral services, I was expecting the usual large funeral account. What a pleasant experience it was to receive and settle your account. In the case of Algoa Funeral Services the low rates offered are NOT a reflection of the WONDERFUL and PROFESSIONAL SERVICES PROVIDED.

We thank you most sincerely for changing, what is normally a traumatic and sad experience, into a happy farewell celebration of the life of our most precious mother.
